That’s why we created our NICU Nurse Appreciation Project. Every other month, we deliver small, thoughtful gifts to NICU nurses in our area as a reminder that their hard work does not go unnoticed. These tokens of gratitude bring a little light to their demanding days and help boost morale in one of the most emotionally intense fields of care.
Each September, during NICU Nurse Appreciation Week, we go even bigger—showering them with love, daily treats, and special surprises to make sure they feel seen, valued, and deeply appreciated.
These expressions of gratitude may be small in size, but they carry big meaning.
And while we do it from the heart, the cost to sustain this program is real—approximately $5,000 per year. With your support, we can continue to uplift the people who care for our tiniest and most vulnerable.
